Replace Unknown3 with MultipleAirshipUpdate #227

Implements the previously unknown packet ID 3, which is for the airships. The airships are movable platforms that players can walk upon while they are moving.

Good job! Asked this on Discord, but where is this sourced from? In case it's original RE, how much do you trust the packet structure you've made?
