unordered_map': No such file or directory #97

Would it be possible to fix opencollada\COLLADAMax\COLLADAMax.sln so it 
compiles out-of-the-box, without further external dependencies?

Right now there is an error about unordered_map:

1>c:\develop\opencollada\colladabaseutils\include\colladabuprerequisites.h(44) 
: fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'unordered_map': No such file or 
directory

Using MSVC 2008, with 3ds max 2009 SDK
no BOOST installed

VS2008 without SP1 and SecurityHotfix 1 is not supported.
