Automated build on Docker Hub #43

Thanks for merging #40! :B

It would also be great if a repository owner could set up https://docs.docker.com/docker-hub/builds/ to integrate with this GitHub repository so that builds are automatically pushed out to the Docker Hub on every new commit.

How about some documentation for how to use the docker image?
