If your puppeted user initiated a conversation from the third party service, a few things arent set. #2

Avatar and name aren't set, even if senderName and avatarUrl are sent.

Possibly caused because senderId is null?

senderId needs to be undefined if you sent as yourself

undefined is what I meant, means the bug is still apparent.
