Start service #24

Start bridge using systemd service like the facebook bridge.

I see that some changes (7a24c0e) from https://github.com/nr23730/matrix-puppet-signal/tree/multiple-attachments are mixed in too.

I'm comfortable merging it, but some spaces were replaced with hard tabs in 7a24c0e. Be sure to replace them with spaces while you're working on that branch.
