Update dependencies and skype-http #26

I upgraded to the most current version of matrix-hacks/matrix-puppet-bridge and ocilo/skype-http

This also required a few other changes.

The skype bridge hasn't seen any love from a maintainer in some time.

I haven't tested your changes live, since I don't use Skype, but considering the state the bridge was in beforehand, that's no reason no to merge.
