This adds support for:

images bi-directionally pasted into chat as if they were uploaded in the corresponding network
avatar support
detect group names
better parsing of names for people not in your group

This uses as dependency https://github.com/Sorunome/skype-http which already has a PR to mainline https://github.com/ocilo/skype-http/pull/46
