Channels from different Slack Teams with the same name are not distinguished

maybe something like Slack:TeamName or just TeamName

this should cause riot and other clients that make use of room tags to automatically organize into groups correctly.

For what it's worth, here's what I do, manually:

I assign each team a color, and colorize the avatars of that team's rooms with that color.

I do it this way because:

• Adding to the name made it too long; it'd wrap on Riot for Android and I couldn't tell rooms apart easily.
• It's a very strong, immediate visual cue that "This is a Slack room, and it's for this team".
• Right now, I don't want to be limited to Matrix clients that support tags and use them that way.
• We can't just leave the Matrix rooms without an avatar; they'd be naked!

Now that Matrix has Communities, we should use them for this purpose.
