In order to preserve disk space; we should automate removal of versions that are not needed - removing those that are not needed.
The site is quite large currently, and this is having a disk space implication at the moment (I just freed up about 80% of the disk in use)
This should also include removing artefacts from buildkite, as we are charged for those copies as well. We should be able to rebuild from source any ancient versions, if required.
