chanserv "Failed to make_join via any server" #22

I connected to a libera channel, and the chanserv attempted to message me. When I tried to accept the message, I received the error: Failed to make_join via any server

My matrix chat username is @scatterflower:scatterflower.online

I suspect this might be related to federation issues on the host. We're continuing to investigate upstream.
