I opened up a channel on libera.chat, namely #ssb64.

The appservice-irc matrix bridge seems to be broken:

Messages from one side are not visible from the other side. It's broken both ways
On the irc side, I can see matrix users. From the matrix side, I cannot see irc users.
there is no org.matrix.appservice-irc.connection state

I mentioned this on #irc:matrix.org, and they said I should open an issue here.
