Messages and PL events from IRC are not sent to Matrix. Messages from Matrix are sent to IRC with a 55 seconds delay.

It is especially annoying that PL events are not sent, because I need to op myself on the Matrix side in order to set a new topic to warn people about the deportalling as the topic I previously set was victim to a state-reset.

org.matrix.appservice-irc.connection claims bridging is not blocked.

seems to be fixed, but messages and PL events were dropped in the meantime
