Please remove appservice and ghosts from #apicula:matrix.org #37

As an admin of #apicula:matrix.org (and an operator of a different IRC bridge) I ask to please remove @appservice:libera.chat and its ghosts from that channel, to avoid any issues when the bridge is re-enabled in plumbing mode.
