ghostfix and chanfix tools rely on unused configuration keys #511

As a continuation of #510, it looks like there are a few tools in the tools/ directory (ghostfix and chanfix), which rely on roomStorePath and userStorePath.

I'm not sure if those tools need to be ported.. or if they're simply passing around useless variables (which may potentially be undefined).

I guess something needs to be done either way.
