Enclose links in `<>` to avoid embeds (Discord side) #899

As noted by me and some other members of our community, links that point to Discord edits should be surrounded by <> to avoid embeds. Screenshot below demonstrates current behaviour.

UPD: I couldn't find anyone to report on this issue. This happens on the public instance of t2bot.io. Sadly, I do not own a matrix instance to prove if it's still an issue on the app service itself.
