Cannot rejoin "Freenode IRC Bridge Status" channel; bridge still active. #1200

Describe the bug I have accidentally left the Matrix room called "Freenode IRC Bridge Status." The bridge is active and I am in several bridged rooms. I would like to interact with the bridge server. When I try to rejoin the "Freenode IRC Bridge Status" channel which is in my Matrix "historical" area, I am told "Failed to Join Room: You are not invited to this room."

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join a #Freenode_#room channel from Matrix
  2. Accept invitation from "Freenode IRC Bridge Status"
  3. Interact with server inside "Freenode IRC Bridge Status"
  4. Use !nick command
  5. Accept invitation from NickServ
  6. Leave "Freenode IRC Bridge Status" room.
  7. Try to rejoin "Freenode IRC Bridge Status" room.

Expected behavior I expect that I could rejoin the "Freenode IRC Bridge Status" room.

Unfortunately it's a quirk of matrix that once you've left a DM / private room, you won't be able to get back into it. The solution is to create a new DM with the bridge. It will discard the old one.

can you remind me the matrix nickname of the bridge so I can create a new DM ??
