usage.md: clarify instructions #1594

The !nick command needs to be sent to the appservice user, not the bridge bot. I just got bit by this; following the instructions here led to confusion, whereas this external documentation helped me get unblocked.

Ah, it turns out the channel I was trying this on had two bridging systems (one for Matrix-IRC and another for IRC-Telegram/Discord/Mattermost) so there was another bridge bot user, which confused me. I'll close the PR, sorry for the noise!
