Describe the bug The Matrix bridge does not forward errors from OFTC.

To Reproduce Send a message to an IRC channel on OFTC that needs a registered nickname without being registered.

Expected behavior The error from OFTC is forwarded.

Additional context This shows up as messages that are only visible on one side of the bridge.
