Context: as described on this page a bridge has been configured to connect
the IRC room #interhack:libera.chat with
the matrix room #interhack:matrix.fuz.re / "!iCrBRXZcTsbUDjFbja:matrix.fuz.re"
The bridge worked for a few days. But we noticed yesterday that messages originating from IRC are not forwarded to Matrix, while the Matrix to IRC works.
