In case of netjoin, virtual Matrix users are created for Matrix puppets of the same bridge #1685

You can see in #matrix-spec that 150 people, most with [m] at the end of their names, suddenly joined the room after today's scheduled netjoin on Libera.

(I checked and they are indeed the same bridge)
