Support ipv6 #7

It looks like the current installation of federation tester doesn't support ipv6. It'd be a nice thing to have.

the current installation on matrix.org got ipv6-support some time ago so this is already fixed

yup, thanks to UpCloud we are now v6-native everywhere! :)
