RSS widget 'Send a notice on read failure' setting not saving #853

Describe the bug When you check the box for 'Send a notice on read failure' it doesn't actually save.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the room
Go to widgets
Go to RSS integration
Tick the box for 'Send a notice on read failure'
Click save
Go back and check and see that the setting has not been enabled.

Expected behavior The 'Send a notice on read failure' setting should be enabled.

Client (please complete the following information):

Web - Element version: 1.11.50 - Crypto version: Olm 3.2.15
Firefox 120

Can reproduce on 4.6.0
