Pushed one more change to revert the tweak to the npm-publish workflow action, which wasn't needed after all.

I confirmed that it's not needed by downloading the previous release (beta.7) from npm with yarn install --verbose, and saw that it indeed attempted to download the prebuilts (and failed with 404, of course)
