When these bindings were in the main Rust SDK repo, it was reported that the prep-crypto-nodejs-release.yml workflow was unreliable: see https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk/issues/1793

Now that these bindings have a relatively straightfoward release process (copied from the WASM bindings), this workflow can either be fixed to match those steps, or removed outright in favour of cutting releases manually.
