[site] Add links to #community and #matrix on the site #1231

Currently these are a bit buried, I think it helps if at least the #community:matrix.org space could be mentioned, so people discover all that matrix has.

presumably this is referring to matrix.org.

community:matrix.org is linked at the bottom of https://matrix.org/docs/chat_basics/public-rooms/#spaces, which seems relevant in the user journey (after they learnt the basics).

Please reopen if you had some place else in mind, happy to discuss it :)

It is really hard to find it. It's inside genral docs regarding spaces. But this is specific comunity.
