show project maturity in the ecosystem overviews #2405

e.g. browsing https://matrix.org/ecosystem/clients/ you'd assume that EX is stable.

EX is a fine client, I use it (SchildiNext) as daily driver and the iOS version now and then. But it's incomplete, and it does not work with the standard server setup. You want to avoid Matrix onboarding issues, then you can NOT recommend it without a disclaimer. FTR, the flavor text "supporting fast sync with sliding sync" does not fulfill the disclaimer criteria imo.

@joshsimmons what do you think about removing Element X from the features clients?

that would be a quick workaround, but to be clear I'm not against keeping it in the recommendations in general, but it can't stay like how it is now.
