just like the TODO says in https://matrix.org/docs/guides/moderation

Has there been any process on this since the documentation was written? I encounter a misconception that the ACL would work even if some server doesn't support it (https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-spec/issues/928?) and then I have to refer to the documentation in question and every time I am greeted by the line:

Finally, server ACLs only work if all the servers in the room uphold the ACL, otherwise old or buggy servers will leak traffic on behalf of the ACLed server into the room. Therefore if you use server ACLs in a room, you have to also ban any servers which empirically do not uphold the ACL. [TODO: release our server-ACL enforcing scripts]

@turt2live is this still relevant to the matrix.org website? Was it pre-mjolnir, or should this issue be moved to the mjolnir repo?

This is still the best repo for this. Mjolnir is unrelated.
