Add the Cinny client #286

This PR adds the Cinny client.

Basically a cleaner version of #234.

I am not sure about the copyright of the SVG, it is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License so it's okay to use, I just don't know where to put the attribution.

Not quite, I would like to get @ajbura's input on the two unresolved threads (who to add as an author and the self assessed maturity of Cinny)
