2 years ago Yes, metaverses are not exactly loved for realism, but rather for having tools for effortless communication.
On the related note, it would be also great to see who can hear me, because otherwise recorgnizing whether you're near enough to everyone will remain cumbersome. But I see it as a room option, since it screams "LESS SURPRISE". 🤣
You expect to be able to easily hear folks who are vaguely close to you, but instead they rapidly get quieter. There should be an amnesty where folks closer than 20m are all equally loud or something
