Users that insert their own linebreaks in the middle of paragraphs end up getting full-sized line breaks in the mdx output #11

For instance, Construct's massive update this week needed a newline removed in every sentence, which kind of sucked to do manually.
Ideally the markdown parser would somehow handle these in a nicer way.
