Code generators

[x] Julia code generator: Move from dropbox add unit test (for generating and running) and clean up
[x] Matlab code generator: Move from dropbox add unit test (for generating) and clean up
[x] C code generator with blas calls (easy for polynomial methods, rational methods need inversion)
[x] Separate memory allocation from matlab/julia generators to be independent

Later: Add extend to GPU

All the points in this issue seems to be handled so I'm closing it. If there are more specific code gen issues that needs attention we can file a new issue.
