Image optimization #12

Mobile phone cameras may not be very usefull in the dark. Create means to improve the image quality in the dark.

I quickly tried see if there was options available, at least exposureCompensation : real was configurable but values like iso and aperture were read-only in qml. Unless we dig in platform it is not probable that we could change these.. but.. we have currently image filter implemented in qml viewfinder that highlights bright spots. it's still under testing, one issue seems how to take screenshot/output from that.
