An application which allows anyone with a mobile device to make observations of fireballs and report the observations to Finnish observation tracking system [Taivaanvahti](http://www.taivaanvahti.fi/). Social aspects of this app allows you to post your observations and findings to Twitter. The app also has some educational info of Near Earth Objects.

The alerter could every X minutes fetch a list of new observations from Taivaanvahti and raise an alert if any of the new observations match the configuration (phenomena of interest, showiness and closeness).
