I have the same issue, but if i run xbar from the terminal (and keep the terminal running) it will show up.
same issue. i only use Brew Services
plugin.
can try swiftbar, which is compatible with most plugins of xbar.
Same here, also on M1 Max, but I can't even get the space to show, or I can't find it lol.
Same here apparently the camera area does not allow to show some of the xbar plugins... I've wrote my own plugins so I can adjust them to fit in a small area, but it is annoying.
I tried this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212842, but didn't work.
Will reduce the size of my plugins for now.
Well that's an irritating constraint!
I have a feeling all the above comments are talking about different issues...
I couldn't find an existing issue for this, but forgive me if I'm duplicating something.
I've installed xbar 2.1.7-beta on my M1 Macbook Pro (early 2021 running Monterey 12.1)
The app runs OK, and creates a space in the menu bar where it seems xbar should go, but I can't see anything. Clicking on the space in the menu bar opens the xbar menu and I can get to settings and plugins an so on, but activated plugins do not show in the bar either.
I'm using Bartender v4, but even with this disabled I see nothing.
Is there a fix for this? Thank you.
