Update branding #17

Now that matryoshkadoll/matryoshka-docs#1 is complete, we need to update the branding on our server to match.

Tasks:

[x] Replace MDL with Material Components for the Web
[x] Add the new brand icons and logos to the assets directory
[x] Add the Raleway font

Google's MDL is no longer supported and all future development has been moved to Material Components for the Web. I'll need to basically rewrite the entire application layout, but we fortunately did not have too much markup in place yet, so it shouldn't take too long.
