Value Proposition

As a user I want to add my own categories so that i can be more creative using the app

Description

Acceptance Criteria

[x] user can see a third button at the bottom right of the page with text Kategorien
[x] button opens up new categories-page on new page:
[x] the title and heading of the page is KATEGORIEN
[x] on the top is a input field for adding a new category next to a submit-button
[x] below is a list of existing categories

Tasks

[x] create branch feature/us15/categories-page and switch into it
[x] insert Header component
[x] insert Footer component
[x] add new link in Footer for Kategorien + routing
[x] map() categories + render list of all categories
[x] create inputField with submitButton
[x] create function to add new category to categories
