Support inflation parameter in `guppy mcl` #282

I'd like to try a few different values of the MCL's inflation parameter with guppy. Would it be possible to get an --inflation flag added to guppy compress and guppy mcl?

I added support to the MCL wrapper here: fhcrc/mcl@4c44aeb002dd90a983f1b2deebdd9427e6f60137
