cache NBC word counts? #304

Just a thought: if guppy's NBC winds up being a useful feature, might also consider caching NBC word counts (perhaps in the refpkg) to minimize start up time.

Hi Noah,

You might try the --nbc-counts flag to guppy classify.

I think the above will help. Also noted that NFS for this file is no good.
