Show identity in the CSV file #352

Recently reviewers have been asking us for % identity for placements. I see that we can get this information with the --map-identity flag, however, it would be great if this information could be included in the csv file produced by to_csv as sorting through the jplace files becomes cumbersome for lots of reads.
