Edges and taxonomy #362

Hello! I'm analyzing 16 S sequences using pplacer and guppy. I would to analyze the taxonomy of my sequences. I'm wondering if there is a way to extract the taxonomy of phylogenetic tree and generate something like a biom table with the taxa of the edges.
