difficulty in installing #368

Hi, can anyone provide me detailed steps on how to install and run pplacer on a linux machine without root access? Basically I'm trying to install it on our servers however not successful so far.

Copy the binaries in the (see GitHub "releases") to somewhere in your PATH.
