Display amino acid translations #101

@lauranoges has indicated that amino acid sequences would be much more useful than DNA sequences, so as far as she's concerned we can scrap DNA. Eventually I think we'll want a toggle of some sort, but for now we can just do amino acid translations for the ASCII art. @WSDeWitt has some thoughts on frame detection strategy.

We have the translations now, and they're downloadable, so closing for now, since we've decided to forgo the ASCII tree view (see #104).
