increase width of trees on CFTweb #187

@metasoarous Sometimes it is difficult to see the tree structure on the left side of the trees (usually this occurs with the minADCL trees). Can we expand the width on the whole tree so I can see what's going on?

It looks like this problem has mostly been resolved now that we have better sequence quality filters in place. But we decided it would still be worth trying to improve the utilization of space in the interface, and increase the resolution of our frequently tightly branching trees for more sane trees. I'm close to done here, and will be pushing/updating shortly.
