Improve performance for by subject pages #199

The by subject pages are rather slow. Improved performance would improve usability.

This is closed by https://github.com/metasoarous/tripl/commit/9dfecc96f414f6392fb5f572f625fbaa5f98571b and https://github.com/metasoarous/tripl/commit/4a093b97d477835361dfa96be81e644949dd4e15. In short, using an aev index for reverse lookups has proven to be Good Enough (TM) for performance. There's a possibility of improving even more using the reference schema, and the vae index, but it doesn't appear that will be necessary at the moment.
