Kind of had to change a lot, so you should probably check the naive name stuff pretty carefully. That said, with the diff command in the readme the only thing that changes in the test output is the naive sequence name, so it should be ok?
I also added the metadata jsons to the gitignore, since the ones in the test output change way too much. Hopefully that doesn't screw anything up elsewhere?
