Adds a method local_branching() to CollapsedTree object that populates LBI and LBR node features. This makes rendering trees colored by LBI /LBR straightforward.
Updates CollapsedTree.simulate() to take an arbitrary sequence>fitness mapping, and retains fitness values as node features in the simulated cell lineage tree.
