remove dockerhub image #67

There's a three month old image on docker hub https://hub.docker.com/r/matsengrp/linearham/tags but the readme says to use quay.io. I initially pulled the docker hub one without noticing, it might be better to remove it if we're not updating it.

We are no longer updating it. I can remove it when I get a chance.
