There's a mention of git-- perhaps the right thing to do is to just rename this "how to contribute" and say that we follow the tskit procedure.
Maybe a little snippet about modifying specific steps in the pipeline, too
Also add something, "we're happy to assist with contributions?" We welcome them etc.
