Does it make sense that outside activities have a fixed end time? Wouldn't it make more sense to give them a duration, which is exactly the duration that it would take in the original scenario to get from one activitiy to the next?
It probably depends on what kind of "outside" activity we have. If it is a the first activity in an agent plan it should have an end time so the agent enters at the right time.
