MATSIM Beginner user #1077

I am new to MATSim and I am not getting idea about how should I start with. There are so many documentations and github repositories. I found only theories and results in youtube. I am willing to code and create the files from scratch. But I have no idea. I found one course in youtube (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLGIZCXnKbU6-9vy_rKZ6gW7E_ra42hfX) and watched this full tutorial but I am not getting idea. Please somebody help me with this.
